Terms and conditions

By registering you agree to wear your badge visibly within the conference precinct, to follow the directions of conference staff and security officers, and to observe the Pre-COP31 code of conduct. Badges are personal and non-transferable.

When you agree to this

You are asked to agree to these terms once, when you register. If you registered before this page existed, the same terms already applied to you, since the checkbox on the registration form always linked to whatever the Ministry had written here.

Your badge

Your badge belongs to you and to no one else. If you lose it, tell the accreditation desk straight away rather than let someone else use it or print a copy of their own.

If these terms change

The Ministry can update this page at any time from Conference Settings. What is shown here is always the current version. A change that affects something you already agreed to will be announced in the portal, not applied quietly.

Your information

These terms cover your conduct at the conference. What we collect about you and who can see it is a separate question, answered fully in the privacy notice.
